Day 10#yogagirlchallenge #yogaeverydamnday very little exercise got done today. It was a stressful day. Sometimes I need to remember that “the barriers are on my side” (quote credit @yoga_girl ) and find solutions rather than bubble with exasperation and aggravation. I tried to use my yoga breathing to get through it and did some down dogs for good measure. The bubbly wine helped too. #midwifeontheloose

Day 9 #yogagirlchallenge #yogaeverydamnday when you eat pizza and drink with your best friend and everything in the world seems better again. Oh yeah and I did a yoga flow when I woke up poet call :) @yoga_girl

Day 8 #yogaeverydamnday #yogagirlchallenge post call to call days are hard, cause they aren’t really days. The sun rises in my cup of coffee around 5-6pm when I get up. It felt really good to do 15 minutes of yoga after waking up today. Hoping it brings positive energy to tonight’s work, even if I did forget my to go coffes mug for work. @yoga_girl

Day 6 #yogaeverydamnday #yogagirlchallenge a wonderful return to reality. Light day in clinic. 30 minutes run during lunch. Yoga stretches when I got home. An interesting discussion with the birth community in the evening; hugs and kisses from friends, a glass of wine and this photo of yesterday’s shenanigan’s. #weekendvibes #midwifeontheloose #work #clinic #love #yoga @yoga_girl

Day 5: #yogaeverydamnday #yogagirlchallenge last day in the wilderness, camping basically of the grid. Today’s yoga practice included unexpected rain and sun during my flow. Magical and a little bit messy. Headed back home to the “real world” , grateful for every moment of this wonderful two day adventure. @yoga_girl
